Having an engaging personality is only the starting point to becoming a successful sales person, it’s understanding the sales basics that’s going to make you great at sales! This course is designed for anyone starting their first role in sales, someone who has limited sales experience or just needs a refresher.
This course provides delegates with basic selling skills training and teaches them how to consultatively sell using proven techniques. The basic sales skills training course will be fun and interactive that will include role plays and exercises that enable delegates to demonstrate the learning initiatives and be able to implement them back into the business.
Target Audience: Anyone with responsibility for generating sales, with either no experience, limited experience or just wants a refresher.
