Their objective is to continue growing their new business by building meaningful relationships with larger corporate organisations, selling new build vehicle livery, in-service changes and aftercare to increase their market share.
Having previously tried to generate new sales opportunities internally we were approached to draw on our expertise in sales by contracting our lead generation service to produce qualified, face to face appointments with key decision makers through a dedicated telemarketing campaign.

We kicked-off the project with a discovery session to fully immerse ourselves into the Stewart Signs brand and gain a greater understanding of the products and services they offer across the fleet sector.
We got under the skin of Stewart Signs fleet business to identify the target audience and understand how they currently work with their existing clients. We agreed the qualification criteria and brainstormed how to overcome the objections to maximise the success of the campaign.
Stewart Signs ethos is based on the family values of the business therefore as an extension to their team it was critical, we were familiar with their CRM system and processes for data entry, as well as managing a system to check availability of key Business Development employees to ensure a seamless customer journey when making appointments.
Having agreed all elements of the campaign, we helped them to purchase targeted and GDPR compliant data.
Once we had a relevant database the calling campaign kicked off to introduce Stewart Signs services and arrange appointments with key decision makers.

We have been successful in generating valuable appointments via the purchased data list. We have also secured additional appointments sought though “thinking outside the box” giving the Stewart Signs sales team more time do what they do best…selling!
We have also started to identify a pipeline of direct fleet contacts and are building valuable insight for future relationship building.
We pride ourselves on the quality of the service we offer and with the project initially starting on a three-month trial, we are very happy to continue to be an extension of the Stewart Signs team today!
